We had an incredible stay at this place. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Our spacious room had a big, cozy bed along with amenities like fruit, tea, and coffee. The hotel's location in the quiet suburban area was perfect for a peaceful getaway. We also appreciated the easy access to Manchester airport and the convenience of a private transfer to a nearby restaurant. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends for its excellent location, superb service, and luxurious amenities.

Ideal location to leave too early for the morning flight, great pool. Based so close to the airport which is minutes away, a nice suburb handy for the airport and taxi. Breakfast with freshly-laid eggs and smoothies prepared in-house, for example;)))

Our romantic escape was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. We loved the unique decor, especially the rock lamps. The location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the airport, yet we didn't hear any noise. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and the private reserved park was a nice touch.
Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few negatives. The bathroom was outdated, and we only had a shower which was falling apart.

I recently stayed at Halebarns Guesthouse near Manchester Airport for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel had a health retreat vibe, with purified air, sparkling clean rooms, and organic breakfast options. The host was welcoming and attentive. I also enjoyed the option to access the pool at the neighboring hotel using their VIP pass. The owner, Adam, went above and beyond to meet my travel needs, even taking my sister to the library and personally accompanying me on a shopping trip. The personal service was top-notch, making it one of my best hotel experiences.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Halebarns Guesthouse Manchester Airport. the owner, Adam, went above and beyond to ensure all our travel needs were met. He personally took my sister to the library and then took me to the perfect shop for my specific shopping needs. He even dropped my sister off at the airport before coming back to pick me up. We felt like VIPs throughout our stay, and even had the pleasure of having dinner with Adam and his lovely family. The personal service was unparalleled, and we were treated like house guests in a warm and welcoming family home. Cons: Nothing to be said 😊.

The proximity to the airport was convenient and saved us a lot of time. the comfortable bed and breakfast delivered to our room were nice too. the parking service was incredibly helpful as we did not have to worry about finding a spot.
Our room lacked basic amenities such as a fridge and a working shower, which made the stay difficult. the staff was cold and unaccommodating when we reported the issues.

The hotel is located very close to Manchester Airport, making it easy to reach. the cozy and luxurious, looking room gave us high expectations on arrival. Unfortunately, we were disappointed as the room was not as advertised with no en, suite, poor lighting and outdated furniture. the service was average, with no drinks available in the on, site mini, bar. the helpful lady who greeted us at reception was a shining star.
The emergency exit sign in the room was quite bright and distracting at night.
